Give the Gift of Education

Casting for Hope is a 501c3 nonprofit  organization established in 2018,  committed to helping financially challenged  children and young adults of Uganda  receive a University level education. We provide financial assistance  to 25 Ugandan students annually to attend  University or Secondary School, based on  financial need, and a desire to help themselves. 

 We believe that lasting and sustainable  change comes through education, and that  education at the University level is  necessary to better prepare the Ugandan  students of today for the leadership  positions of tomorrow. Without some form  of financial assistance, the majority of  secondary school students are unable to  achieve their dreams of a college  education. 

Contributions allow Casting for Hope to  fund 25 student scholarships each school year, offsetting:

• 100% of tuition, room and board  costs at the Secondary School level

• 50% of tuition, room and board costs  at the University level 

 OUR 2024 GOAL IS TO RAISE $25,000 by August 31st. 

Reaching this goal enables us to maintain the current level of support for the 25 students currently under sponsorship, and establish a new Vocational Institute.
